If you want to make a change or cancel your order, you have to contact us within 3 hours since the order completed. After 3 hours of making the order, unfortunately, we cannot issue you the cancellation. Please understand that you will not be refunded the shipping fee when canceling your order.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
We will be happy to refund or exchange a product to make our customers satisfied if:
- You didnotreceive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 5-12 days processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- You received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

- Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so
- Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you received item(s), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- You can not return the product just because you do not like it anymore and change your mind when you receive your parcel. We just accept the return if there are problems with our products and they were damaged in transit.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
